This contract concerns the project management for the rehabilitation of 356 housing units - Downtown 576.

The addresses concerned are: 4 to 22 Grand Rue Jean Moulin, 1-3 quai Jean Jaurès and 1-7 quai Kilmarnock in Alès.

The services are divided into installments:

- firm phase: ESQ, APS, APD missions;

- optional phase 1: PRO, ACT, EXE missions limited to DQE;

- optional phase 2: the VISA, DET, AOR, OPC missions.
