Woonpunt Zennevallei (hereinafter: WPZ) wishes to purchase equipped and ready-to-use modular units that will be used as care homes.

Some of these care homes will be used in the pilot project "Informal care in small-scale housing unit at social housing" of the province of Flemish Brabant. Tenderers are therefore reminded of the fact that this is an important reference project, which is also particularly innovative for social housing companies. We are therefore looking for a qualitative contractor who can help shape this innovative pilot project.

The ready-made care homes are suitable for the housing of a maximum of two people.

The equipped and ready-to-use care homes (hereinafter: units) will always be placed detached in the garden zone of an existing house – which is part of the WPZ patrimony – and will be connected to the technical installations of the existing home. The delivery and installation of these units is part of the assignment and always implies, among other things, the use of crane machines, etc. All costs associated with the delivery, installation and connection of these units are included in the quotation amount and part of the assignment. The EPB/EPC reporting is also part of the assignment.

The intention is that the units will remain in these places for at least 20 years. In this sense, an environmental permit application will have to be drawn up and submitted for the units. This service – i.e. drawing up and applying for the environmental permit – is part of the assignment.

It is a public supply contract since the contract mainly concerns the purchase and delivery of an equipped unit and the installation and installation work is only of an additional nature (Article 20 of the Law of 17 June 2016).

The framework agreement is concluded with one entrepreneur. The partial contracts based on the framework agreement are awarded in accordance with the conditions set out in the framework agreement in accordance with Article 43, § 4 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.
