Provision of the service of drafting the basic and executive project and construction management for the construction of phase I of the Aulari Nord building located on the Montilivi Campus of the UdG.

The contract consists of 2 phases:

- Project drafting phase

- Execution phase of the works

The execution phase of the works is conditional on financing. The construction management phase is subject to the bidding and execution of the works. In the event that after 5 years the works have not been carried out, the contract will be automatically terminated.
