This project is carried out using the delegated developer model, whereby JCN Bolig A / S acts as delegated builder on behalf of AL2bolig.
The tender is carried out as a public works contract tender in accordance with the Tender Law for the construction of Åbyen II.
Technical engineering contracts have previously been offered for the construction of the project.
