The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement and a works contract for the design, construction, supply, delivery, handling and commissioning of boilers and burners for the heating network boilers of the heating services operated by DALKIA and its subsidiaries in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy regions.

Multi-awarded framework agreement with subsequent contracts for a period of five years, renewable three times one year, relating to the design, construction, supply, delivery, handling and commissioning assistance of natural gas boilers and burners with a capacity of 1 to 20 MW for the heating network boilers of the heating utilities operated by Dalkia and its subsidiaries in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy regions. The framework agreement is concluded without a guaranteed minimum, and for a maximum value of 3,000,000 euros excluding VAT. It shall not confer exclusivity on the proprietor over the needs of the contracting entity.

Works contract relating to the design, construction, supply, delivery, handling, and commissioning of natural gas boilers and burners for the boiler room of the heating network of the public heating service of Nevers operated by ENEA. This contract will include the supply and operation of two boilers and two burners for a total capacity of approximately 17 MW.
