KVK needs a Customer Contact Platform. To this end, the present European non-public

tendering procedure launched on the basis of the competitive dialogue. The tender concerns the delivery

and implementation of the Customer Contact Platform. The result of this tendering procedure is an Agreement

with one Contractor. The Selection Guide explains the nature and scope of the Assignment, the chosen

tendering procedure and the notification procedure for the tendering procedure.

The Client enters into the Agreement for a maximum period of 12 years (8+2+2) until 10 May 2035. The

intended date of award of the Agreement is 10 May 2023.

the procedure for notifying the tendering procedure.

In determining the tendering procedure, the Procurer shall consider the size and complexity of the Contract,

the number of potential entrants, the transaction costs and the nature of the market.

the tendering procedure.
