Taking care of the cleaning services and the window cleaning of Augustinianum in Eindhoven.

The total number of floor space to be kept clean is approx. 8600 m2. The total number of m2 of window cleaning measured on both sides is approx. 3000 m2.

Due to the expiring Agreement, the obligation to tender the European assignment, the efficient use of community funds and the wish of the Contracting Authority to conclude one Agreement with one Contractor for the location(s) of the Client, it has been decided to start this Procurement Procedure. The Contracting Authority will enter into an Agreement for cleaning maintenance and window cleaning services as of 1 July 2023.

Approximately 8600 m2 gfa within the 2 locations of Augustinianum. The Otto Veniusweg 42 branch will expire in August 2024.
