The aim of the two-year contract is the development of concepts for life-phase-oriented personnel planning and development with coordinated qualification and activity profiles, as well as the identification and description of good practice examples. In addition, the contractor is developing a career path concept that describes typical educational paths and opportunities, can be applied nationwide and shows suggestions for the removal of obstacles to the permeability of the education system in nursing.
