The project is for the demolition of existing and construction of the new Scalloway Fish Market in accordance with designs produced by the Contracting Authority's consultant advisor. Work includes:
— construction of the fish market building,
— installation of chilling systems (by specialist subcontractor selected by the Contracting Authority),
— installation of loading bay mechanisms,
— drainage,
— external works, lighting and ancillary access.
This is a two-stage procurement procedure, commencing with first stage European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) submission, including submission of supporting information, followed by the issue of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents to a select list of Tenderers that meet the requirements set out in the ESPD guidance document.
Economic operators must complete the attached ESPD document in accordance with the attached ESPD Guidance and provide the supporting information required.
