Müllheim, Robert Schuman Barracks, complete renovation of accommodation buildings 056 and 057 with a total of 219 individual accommodation rooms with wet rooms, engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, technical building equipment, basic services of service phases 5 to 8 and special services for the plant groups:
- wastewater, water and gas plants
- heat supply systems
- Ventilation systems

The Federal Institute for Real Estate (BImA) and the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg) intend to completely renovate the accommodation buildings 057 and 056 in the federally owned property Robert Schuman Barracks.
The existing buildings are uninhabited during the construction phase, three-storey, have a basement and an undeveloped attic. All technical systems will be completely dismantled and renewed, i.e. gutted to the shell and reorganization of the floor plans to the standard "accommodation room with its own wet room". Building 057 with 117 rooms and Building 056 with 102 rooms.
The project is planned to be carried out in two construction phases. Start of construction Building 057 from April 2024, Building 056 from April 2027

For the buildings, the reduced percentages in accordance with the stipulations of § 54 (3) in conjunction with § 11 para. 3 HOAI apply.
The self-declaration enclosed with the tender documents regarding possible connections with Russia must be completed and submitted with the application for participation. If the self-declaration is not available, this can lead to exclusion from the award procedure.
