The contracting authority for this call for tenders is Regionalt Innkjøp i Kongsvingerregionen (RIIK). RIIK carries out the call for tenders, signs an agreement and is the agreement manager on behalf of municipalities in the Kongsvinger region (the customers). Customers have many buildings, including offices, schools, nurseries, nursing homes, technical buildings, etc., and carry out investment / construction projects for their own activities.

The contracting authority wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements for glass and sun shading on behalf of the customers.

The contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for the following:

- Maintenance measures, replacement and alterations for the current buildings/facilities.

- Reconstruction and smaller construction contracts.

- Urgent assignments.

This framework agreement applies to work with glass and sun shading in municipal buildings.

Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e., tenders for the following lots:

- Solør: Grue, Våler and Åsnes municipalities The estimated value is NOK 2.0 million excluding VAT.

- Kongsvinger/Odalen: Eidskog, Kongsvinger Nord-Odal and Sør-Odal municipalities. The estimated value is NOK 5.0 million excluding VAT.
