The subject of procurement covered by a dynamic purchasing system is the provision of a comprehensive supply of electricity and the purchase of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 04. 1997 Energy Law (hereinafter referred to as EP) covering the following categories of supply:

1. the provision of a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services, to the facilities of the Contracting Authority (in accordance with the established establishments) described in Annex No 1to the IoSDSZ;

2. purchase of electricity for its lighting infrastructure (according to the established establishments), in which the Ordering Party is a party to the contract

distribution in the range described in Annex No 2 to IoSDSZ.

3. the provision of a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution service, to the Municipal Hospital in Toruń (in accordance with the authorisation held) to the extent described in Annex No 3 to IoSDSZ.

The subject of the procurement includes the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the Municipality of Toruń, Toruń Society of Social Construction Sp. z o.o., Gmina Lubicz with the Zakładem UServices Komunalne Sp. z o.o. and organizational units of the municipality, Gmina Chełmża, the Municipality of Chełmża with the Centre for Sport and Tourism, Municipality of Łysomice, Municipality of Łubianka, Municipality Obrowo, Municipality Wielka Nieszawka, Municipality Zławieś Wielka, and other points listed in annex no. 1to IoSDSZ.

2. Dynamic purchasing system term: from the date of establishment of the system (expected date: 3 March 2022) to 31 December 2022

The subject of the procurement includes the purchase of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (hereinafter referred to as EP) by the Ordering Party to its lighting infrastructure (in accordance with the established establishments), in which the Ordering Party is a party to the distribution agreement in the range described in Annex 2 to the IoSDSZ in an estimated total amount of 3,930 000 kWh. This order does not cover electricity distribution services. The qualitative parameters of electricity are determined by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93, item 623, as amended).

The subject of the procurement includes the purchase of electricity for street lighting of the Municipality of Toruń, Toruń Society of Social Construction Sp. z o.o., the City of Chełmża with the Centre of Sport and Tourism, the Municipality of Chełmża, Łysomice Municipality, Municipality Wielka Nieszawka, Municipality of Obrowo, Municipality of Zławieś Wielka, The communes of Lubicz with the Zakładem UServices Komunnymi Sp. z o.o. and the organizational units of the municipality, the Municipality of Łubianka and other points fed by the tariff Cl1, C12a, C12b, C12w, C22b (with the tag “-o”) in the municipalities listed above.
