The public procurement code is supplemented by Article L2172-6: "In order to preserve natural resources, purchases of tyres made by the State, local authorities and their operators relate to retreaded tyres, unless an initial consultation has proved fruitless"
A first consultation having been declared unsuccessful, this consultation concerns the supply of new and retreaded tyres, divided into 2 lots:
Lot 01 - supply of tyres, accessories and related services for all vehicles assigned to the seat and U4
Lot 02 - supply of tyres, accessories and associated services for all vehicles assigned to the Environmental Technical Centre
