The client (AG), the Buchholz und Winsen non-profit company, intends to build a 4-storey, non-basement extension to ward A on the hospital grounds in Winsen. The advertised services include:

"Carpentry".

The tendered services are to be carried out in several construction phases at different times. The new building covers an area of 3,379 m 2 GFA with a usable area of 1,758 m 2 The interior work in the new building will initially be on the ground floor - 3rd.

In a second construction phase, the existing ground floor and the marked areas in existing 1.-3. of the hospital in Winsen.

Equipment of a total of approx. 71 hospital rooms, such as bed rooms, doctor's rooms, staff rooms, visitor rooms, storage rooms with appropriate cupboards.

- Delivery and installation of approx. 830 m of wall protection plates;

- Delivery and installation of approx. 165 m stainless steel handrails;

- Delivery and installation of approx. 150 m MDF window sills.

Modification:

Equipment of a total of approx. 35 hospital rooms, such as bed rooms, doctor rooms, staff rooms, visitor rooms, storage rooms with corresponding cupboard systems.

Delivery and installation of approx. 140 m stainless steel handrails.
