The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicines authorised for marketing in the Republic of Poland, with valid Registration Certificates, in the quantity and assortment specified in the Price Form of this specification (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference), with a validity period of not less than 6 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. The drugs that are the subject of this order have established quality standards. These standards were established for each drug when it was registered and are the same within the chemicals that make them up. Drugs do not require any distinguishing elements within individual substances for their use. In addition, each drug traded in the Republic of Poland must be registered in the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.
