The object of the acquisition is a new construction project to be carried out as a KVR, timber apartment buildings located in the Kerava 2024 housing fairgrounds on plot 838. The sites will be pre-built for the Kerava Housing Fair 2024.

The acquisition includes two (2) wooden apartment buildings for residential construction, where a carport is connected to the second house. Buildings with lavatory buildings, where through two elevator stairrooms are transported through the lavatory corridors to apartments, in addition to three (3) pieces of larger 3-storey apartments, with their own internal staircase. On top of the carport are placed 2 floors of apartments. Public areas such as a sauna section, laundry, movatory warehouses, population shelter, community facilities, remote work spaces and a guest room are located on the ground floor. In part, there are apartments on the ground floor as well. Floors 2-5 apartments. A parking area, a play and seating area is located in the courtyard.

The place form is fixed price KVR, in which the contractor acts as the general contractor and the main executor under the legislation and is responsible for the design and execution of the object. The KVR (total responsibility construction) includes all design and construction work of the project in accordance with the tender documentation.
