The subject of the contract includes the purchase of a heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade Krzyżkowice in Pszów and the purchase of a light specialist and operational car for the Volunteer Fire Brigade Pszów, divided into 2 parts:

1. Part 1 - Purchase of a heavy rescue and fire-fighting car for the Volunteer Fire Brigade Krzyżkowice in Pszów;

2. Part 2 - Purchase of a specialist and operational light car for the Pszów Volunteer Fire Brigade.

1. The subject of the contract includes for Part 1 - the purchase of a heavy special, fire, rescue and fire-fighting vehicle for the TSO Krzyżkowice, Pszów (44-370), ul. Oskar Kolberga 27, with the following minimum requirements of the Ordering Party:

1) A car equipped with a road chassis with 4x4 drive system - terrained,

2) A car equipped with a diesel engine with min. 200 kW

3) Water tank with a capacity of min. 4 m3,

4) Double-range autopump with a minimum capacity of 3400 l / min at a pressure of 8 bar and a suction depth of 1.5 m,

5) Four-door factory single-module cabin,

6) A vehicle equipped with a signaling and warning device (sound and light) of a priority vehicle,

7) Universal, road and off-road tires with a tread adapted to different weather conditions,

8) Maximum total height of the vehicle - 3,400 mm with built-in rescue equipment (ladder DW 10),

9) A car equipped with a high-pressure rapid attack line with a hose length of min. 60 m,

10) The vehicle is equipped with a retractable lighting mast with a head with two headlights, equipped with LED lamps,

11) The vehicle must be equipped with a camera monitoring the area at the rear of the vehicle

12) Warranty min. 24 months

13) The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements for priority vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20.6.1997 Road Traffic Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2017, item 128 of as amended) together with implementing provisions to the Act. The vehicle must meet the technical and operational requirements set out in the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 27.4.2010 amending the Regulation on the list of products used to ensure public safety or to protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing admission of these products to use (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 85, item 553), together with the specification of these requirements and equipment,

14) Training in operating the subject vehicle is required.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is the Description of the subject of the contract - Table 1, which is Annex 9 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract.

1. The subject of the contract includes for Part 2 - the purchase of a light specialist and operational car for the TSO Pszów, Pszów (44-370), ul. Pawła Skwary 6a, with the following minimum requirements of the Ordering Party:

1) Brand new vehicle - year of manufacture: 2018 or 2019,

2) The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements for priority vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20.6.1997 "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 128) together with with implementing provisions to the Act. The vehicle should meet all the requirements of the regulations allowing it to move outside of Poland. On the day of actual acceptance, an appropriate certificate of technical tests carried out for special vehicles should be presented,

3) The permissible total weight of the car may not exceed 3 500 kg,

4) Adapted to transport 9 people (with a driver),

5) A compression-ignition engine with a minimum power of 110 kW,

6) synchronized manual gearbox,

7) Warranty min. 24 months,

8) Car equipped with in:

a) Two-way radios,

b) power generator,

c) Rescue tent.
