Purchase and delivery of engine oils, transmission oils and operating fluids to the KWP for official vehicles used by the garrison of the Silesian Police, CBZC, CBŚP, BSWP

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of engine oils, transmission oils and operating fluids to the Service Station of the Transport Department in Katowice, Bielsko-Biała and Częstochowa, intended for official vehicles used by the KWP in Katowice, field units and organizational units subordinate to the KWP in Katowice and o/Katowice CBŚP, o/Katowice BSWP, o/Katowice CBZC. The detailed scope of the assortment being the subject of the order, estimated quantities in liters and the capacity and type of packaging in which the delivery should take place is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ Price form with a description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract must meet the quality requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ with a price form together with a description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor provides a safety data sheet for a dangerous substance and a dangerous preparation at the latest on the day of the first delivery;

The detailed scope of the assortment being the subject of the order, estimated quantities in liters and the capacity and type of packaging in which the delivery should take place is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ Price form with a description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract must meet the quality requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ with a price form together with a description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a safety data sheet of a dangerous substance and a dangerous preparation at the latest on the day of the first delivery – in accordance with the Act of 25 February 2011 on chemical substances and mixtures thereof (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1816) and Commission Regulation (EU) No 453/2010 of 20 May 2010, amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 on registration, Assessment of the Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract specified in the order in accordance with the submitted statement on the offer form constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. The maximum delivery time allowed by the Ordering Party is 7 working days from the date of placing the order. The Contractor is obliged to organize delivery to the Ordering Party, by transport organized by itself, is obliged to unload the delivered assortment to the target warehouse, on its own, at its own expense. The Ordering Party requires that the object of delivery is brand new, free from defects, admitted to the market and of the first grade, delivered in the original manufacturer's packaging with labels identifying the assortment. The Ordering Party does not allow oil produced on the basis of used oil. In addition, the delivered assortment must have a guaranteed durability of not less than 24 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party and be produced not earlier than 6 months before the date of delivery. The contractor is obliged to provide confirmation of the above guaranteed durability (date of manufacture, batch number – placed on the identification label and product card / quality certificate). The Ordering Party requires that the subject of delivery listed in Annex 3 to the SWZ has properties consistent with the listed documents or documents equivalent thereto specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ – price form with a description of the subject of the contract. from item No. 1 to item No. 18. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. The physicochemical parameters of the assortment described in Annex 3 to the SWZ constitute the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL
