The subject of the Order is:

Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from farms inhabited by residents within the administrative borders of the Halinów municipality from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.

1. The object of the order is:

1) Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from farms where residents live within the administrative borders of the Halinów municipality from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.

2) Purchase and delivery of bags for mixed and separately collected waste for each property included in the address register provided to the Contractor.

3) Equipment and maintenance of containers for the collection of mixed and selective municipal waste for multi-unit municipal buildings,

4) Collection, transport and disposal of waste from pharmacies in the Halinów Commune.

5) Collection, transport, management of waste and organization of a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK, located in the town of Długa Kościelna at the municipal sewage treatment plant, to which selectively collected waste will be accepted delivered by residents of properties living in the Halinów Commune.
