The subject of the contract is the delivery of small laboratory equipment for the Faculty of Chemistry.

The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers (3), hereinafter referred to as Packages. An offer can be made for one, two or all Packages.

Package 1: Delivery of magnetic stirrers with heating – 6 pcs.

Package 2: Analytical Balance Delivery

Package 3: Precision Balance Delivery

Therefore, each Package (3) specified in the Terms of Reference should be treated as a separate subject matter of the contract (separate orders), all provisions contained in the Terms of Reference concerning the offer should be understood as a partial offer. The Contracting Authority does not impose any restrictions on the number of contract packages for which a contractor may submit a bid or the maximum number of packages for which a contract may be awarded to the same contractor.
