1. The subject of the contract is the performance of bus passenger transport on public utility communication lines in municipal passenger transport in the Gryfino Commune and in public transport on the Radziszewo – Szczecin route in the period 2023-2027.

2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party defines a total of 8 communication lines of public utility character, for which it becomes the "Organizer" within the meaning of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public public transport.

As part of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party defines a total of 8 communication lines of public utility character, for which it becomes the "Organizer" within the meaning of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public public transport (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1343, as amended), divided into two scopes according to the following list:

1) SCOPE 1- PUBLIC TRANSPORT: line no. 1: Radziszewo – Szczecin Zdroje, via: Szczecin Podjuchy.

2) SCOPE 2 - MUNICIPAL PASSENGER TRANSPORT:

a) line no. 2: Nowe Czarnowo (Dolna Odra) – Radziszewo, via: Pniewo – Gryfino – Daleszewo,

b) line no. 3: Gryfino – Gryfino, through: Żabnica – Stare Brynki – Chlebowo – Gardno,

c) line no. 4: Gryfino – Gryfino, through: Gardno – Sobieradz – Chwarstnica,

d) line no. 5: Gryfino – Sobiemyśl, through: Chwarstnica – Borzym – Dołgie,

e) line no. 6: Gryfino – Gryfino, via: Krajnik – Nowe Czarnowo – Pniewo,

f) line no. 7: Gryfino – Gryfino, via: Wirówek – Bartkowo – Chwarstnica,

g) line no. 8: Gryfino – Steklno, via: Pniewo.
