One or more agencies are sought to support RTE on the design, drafting and production of its internal corporate media (institutional publications, activity report, management report, safety report, electricity quality report, ad hoc thematic reports, forecast assessment...).

The selected agency will have to propose to RTE a series of different style models (cover and inside pages) among which RTE will be able to choose a model applicable to all its corporate publications and can be declined at the level of coverage. In this context, the model of style must take into account the variety of our publications and be able to adapt to them.

The proposed models should be able to be reusable by RTE for all these supports.

RTE wants this model to be available in an advertising format (with baseline and visual).

Generally speaking, graphic creation will have to respond to our challenges of image evolution in order to move towards a less tech' and more societal identity.

RTE wishes to be accompanied in the drafting of some of its corporate publications: activity report/integrated report, institutional brochure.

The style will have to be dynamic, pedagogical and attractive.

Add elements on the general public reach, work on simplifying our content, on pedagogy.

For all these media, RTE wishes to be accompanied in the layout of the content on the basis of the previously elaborated style model.

This includes at the same time:

— the monitoring of the project,

— the moquetting,

— the drafting secretariat,

— integration of author corrections

— the preparation of the HD file for printing,

— printing,

— the provision of files for uploading,

— and possibly the extraction of the text for translation into English.

This support will also include recommendations for the evolution of our publications towards more digital. Most of our corporate publications are printed in hard copy. The selected agency will have to offer RTE solutions that mix paper and digital to make these publications more dynamic and accessible to the greatest number of people.

Finally, we would also like to have a summary document of the “Guidelines” type which could be circulated to the various contributors of the TEN corporate publications in order to give them the main guidelines to contribute well to these media — what can or may not be done both on the use of the model model but also on the how to write (writing style, length, etc.), possible deadlines, etc.
