1. The subject of the contract is: "Supply of heat storage tanks and membrane vessels for the needs of heat substations" divided into two Lots

Supply of heat accumulators

1. The subject of the contract is: "Supply of heat storage tanks and membrane vessels for the needs of heat substations" divided into two lots: Part 1: Supply of heat storage tanks This is a supply contract with the numerical code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): CPV: 44615100-5 (Steel pressure vessels). 2. The details of the subject of the contract and its scope shall be determined: 2.1. Annex 1 to the SWZ (Form "Offer" – Part 1). 2.2. Annex 4 to the SWZ ("Technical requirements for domestic hot water storage tanks"). 3. The devices constituting the subject of the order must be brand new, unused, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party. 4. Devices constituting the subject of the contract must meet the requirements of: - the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213) together with the implementing regulations to this Act, - the Act of 30 August 2002 on the conformity assessment system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215), - Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC. 5. The devices being the subject of the contract must have: - Declaration of conformity or a copy of the declaration of performance in accordance with applicable standards and regulations in this respect (applies to Part 1). - National Declaration of Performance for the supplied thermal insulation (applies to Part 1), - Hygienic certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene (applies to Part 1). 6. Required minimum quality guarantee period for the executed subject of the contract: - 60 months (applies to Part 1) counting from the date of their protocol acceptance. Guarantee in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter XVI and XIX SWZ. 9. Other conditions of the Contracting Authority concerning the subject of the contract are set out in Chapter XIX of this SWZ entitled "PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONTRACT RELEVANT TO THE PARTIES".

Shipping of diaphragmatic vessels

1. The subject of the contract is: "Supply of heat storage tanks and membrane vessels for the needs of heat substations" divided into two Lots: Lot 2: Supply of diaphragm vessels. This is a supply order with the numerical code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): CPV: 44615100-5 (Steel pressure vessels). 2. The details of the subject of the contract and its scope shall be determined: 2.1. Appendix 2 to the SWZ (Form "Offer" – Part 2). 2.4. Annex 5 to the SWZ ("Technical requirements for diaphragmatic vessels"). 3. The devices constituting the subject of the order must be brand new, unused, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party. 4. Devices constituting the subject of the contract must meet the requirements of: - the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213) together with the implementing regulations to this Act, - the Act of 30 August 2002 on the conformity assessment system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215), - Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC. - Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 July 2016 on requirements for pressure equipment and pressure equipment assemblies (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1036) implementing into Polish law Directive 2014/68/EU (applies to Part 2) and must meet the EU ecological standards set out in the announcements of the President of the Polish Committee for Standardization on the list of harmonized standards. 5. The equipment which is the subject of the contract must have: - Current EC certificate of conformity (Declaration of Conformity) with Directive 2014/68/EU on essential requirements for pressure equipment and assemblies of pressure equipment (concerns Part 2) 6. Required minimum quality guarantee period for the executed subject of the contract: - 24 months (applies to Part 2) counting from the date of their protocol receipt. Guarantee in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter XVI and XIX SWZ. 9. Other conditions of the Contracting Authority concerning the subject of the contract are set out in Chapter XIX of this SWZ entitled "PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONTRACT RELEVANT TO THE PARTIES".
