The tender deals with the civil engineering work for the dismantling of a temporary geothermal drilling site. The building area is approx. 5,000 m2. plus approx. 2,200 m2 of space, which is located next to the actual drilling site and is used as an access road, BE area and parking space.
Lot 2b Construction of terminal well:
The tender deals with the civil engineering and shell construction work for the construction of a terminal drilling site for workover purposes in the emerging residential area B-104. The area is approx. 610 m2 WHG, of which approx. 470 m2 is laid with precast concrete elements and approx. 140 m2 is to be built as a terminal green or paving area. The construction measures of this tender also include parts of the interior fittings or the interior fittings of the drilling cellar.
Lot 2c Drilling site construction HKW South:
The tender deals with the civil engineering and shell construction work for the construction of a new temporary geothermal drilling site with a terminal underground drilling cellar located on it. Adjacent to the drilling cellar, a foundation for the drilling rig must be constructed in accordance with the specifications of the statics. The construction site has a total area of approx. 6,240 m2
