Stairwell closure with perforated metal mesh to ensure ventilation.
New metal guardrails with safety height against the risk of falling.

The replacement of doors and windows between landing of apartments and emergency staircase by fire-resistant joinery.

The dismantling of asbestos cladding of facades and insulation complexes and existing structure

The dismantling of the shelves of the existing joinery, in faux marble of the Masal type
The dismantling of the panels integrated into the frames of the living rooms, located behind the radiators
