The Agency requires a Web-hosted, secure, reliable, scalable, cost-effective automated notification system which is capable of simultaneously notifying 1 000 staff at present. A possibility to upload user details from the Excel spreadsheet provided by the Agency is a mandatory requirement. Real time tracking of recipients' message acknowledgements must be possible as well as auditability post event. Possibility of hosting documents is highly desirable.
