Removal of level crossing Walkstraße - dismantling of building stock:

Dismantling and disposal of 5 buildings of different categories and sizes with a total volume of approx. 31,100 m³ of converted space, divided by railway tracks into 2 construction sites with approx. 8,500 m² area, of which approx. 3,250 m² are built.

Dismantling and disposal of approx. 2,700 m² surface fasteners, approx. 2,400 m unsealed area, 3 underground tanks, approx. 70 m underground supply channel and approx. 100 m of track.

Remediation of pollutants (asbestos, tar-containing building materials, KMF/old mineral wool, bird droppings)
