The Danish Road Traffic Authority must acquire one or more IT systems/systems to support the Danish Road Traffic Authority's conduct of digital theory tests.
Today, the Danish Road Traffic Authority conducts theory tests in connection with the acquisition of driving licences by analogy, where the citizen (student) submits his test results on a physical answer sheet. The sample is then corrected manually by the supervisor using physical correction sheets. In this project, the Danish Road Traffic Authority offers the acquisition, implementation and support and maintenance of a solution for conducting digital theory tests in order to deliver a user-friendly and up-to-date test execution where analogue and manual processes are reduced. The solution will thus replace the current paper-based workflow in order to optimize the conduct of the individual test for the benefit of citizens and employees of the Danish Road Traffic Authority. The Danish Road Traffic Authority attaches importance to purchasing a standard system that can be configured in relation to the Danish Road Traffic Authority's identified needs, cf. Appendix 3.A Requirements Specification. The Danish Road Traffic Authority expects to use the Solution for the creation and storage of test questions, the conduct of tests and the storage of data from the individual sample.
The Danish Road Traffic Authority conducts approximately 200,000 theory tests annually.
