The procurement relates to water control in Saxån and Braån in the municipalities of Landskrona, Kävlinge, Eslöv and Svalöv.
Last year, the volume was approximately SEK 400,000. The tenderer may consider this as a scoping guide. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs (Contracting Authority) does not provide a guarantee for the same scope during the contract period, but the scope may change during this period. The water control is carried out according to an established programme. However, this can be changed if necessary depending on the need for sampling and economic conditions. If, during the contract period, new digital methods are developed for certain measurements that would result in a more efficient measurement operation, the parties must meet to negotiate methods and prices to best perform the measurements. Negotiation may also be necessary when the Ministry for Foreign Affairs chooses to remove or include test points, parameters or wants to change the way in which the measurements are performed.
The maximum volume for the framework agreement is SEK 4,000,000. When purchases on this agreement have reached the maximum volume, the agreement shall cease to apply as soon as possible and a new procurement will be carried out. The maximum volume should not be confused with the estimated scope of the procurement. The agreement is valid for 4 years. From the time the agreement has run for eight (8) months, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs may terminate the agreement with three (3) months' notice. When the contract has expired for 4 years, it expires without prior notice. The start date of the agreement may be postponed in the event of a review and in the event of events that the Ministry for Foreign Affairs could not reasonably have foreseen. The total contract period will remain unchanged. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs may be referred to use designated suppliers for major events.
UM reserves the right to make separate procurements for larger individual purchases.
Certain activities relating to the contract area can be conducted on their own. In such cases, the framework agreement is to be considered as a complement to one's own operations.
