The university colleges and VLHORA create a digital transformation process. To ensure this runs smoothly, there is a need for 1 unique IT consultant operating as an in-house “Digital Transformation Officer” with a 2-fold assignment for the preparation of a Digital Open Science Platform to be developed (see also award criteria I. 11 and profile description in point III.1.1 of these specifications):

Firstly, to identify functional and technical needs as an ICT Enterprise architect, to set up the necessary architecture for the DOSP with the underlying building blocks and system for the whole.

Secondly, as an IT project manager, supervising the digital transformation process on the part of "client / master builder" VLHORA and its colleges and following up / checking the technical implementation of the DOSP by another external IT supplier to be sought.
