Framework agreement intended for track-laying site monitoring services including, in particular, the monitoring of the implementation of anti-vibration devices and the vibration attenuation performance measurements of the floating slabs carried out.

This contract aims at the conclusion of a framework agreement intended for the daily monitoring and close physical control, planned or not, of the good execution of the laying of the tracks and within the times fixed in the various schedules, of the implementation of anti -vibration and vibration isolation of elements located in the railway infrastructure during the renewal or extension of tram tracks, including before and during the services or concreting phases.

The services covered by this contract also relate to the participation in site meetings, the taking of performance measurements of vibration attenuation of the floating slab (after concreting and necessary drying time) in particular by measuring and calculating the loss. by transmission as well as the drafting of reports and minutes.

At this stage, barring external or internal constraints and / or possible adjustments to the PQV (Five-year track plan), this contract would target an estimated and average quantity of ten to fifteen site monitoring / year (i.e. approximately 9,000 m of single track per year).

Note that the services covered by this contract could relate to the performance of day and night services (at different time slots), to be performed on several sites at the same time, sites significantly concentrated during school holidays without excluding possible services. on public holidays and / or weekends.
