It is the Association's intention to enter into a 5 year contract to carry out periodic electrical testing to their tenanted properties. The contractor will require to make good any defects recorded from the results of the tests and ensure a 'clean' certificate is provided to the Association. Portable appliances at the Assocaition's offices are also to be tested along with any temporary site offices.
