The consultation concerns the implementation of regular road passenger transport services from 1 September 2024 on cross-border line no. 280 "Erstein-Lahr".

In this context, the services subject to the consultation consist of the implementation of a regular passenger service on a daily basis.

Simple contract concluded at unit prices.

This contract is entered into for an initial period from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2026 (initial period). It may be tacitly renewed twice in any 12-month period, but its total duration may not exceed 48 months

Provision of road passenger transport services - Erstein - Lahr cross-border line

- an estimated number of one vehicle (to be refined by the candidates as part of the formulation of their tender) the capacity of which will be indicated in the tender file which will be sent to the candidate admitted to submit a tender,

- for an estimated annual laden mileage of 136,000 km over an operating year (September N to August N +1).

These estimates are given for information purposes only and do not prejudge the economic and operating conditions of the candidates, it being also specified that the scope of the services offered to competition and the shape of the market have been modified.
