The contract to which the clauses and conditions of these specifications apply applies to: demolition work in "chemistry and metallurgy" buildings at Val Benoît in Liège.

This is mainly demolition work and dismantling, to a lesser extent, of structural slabs reinforced concrete and an anecdotal part of asbestos removal.

All the works, supplies, transport, labor, laying, means of execution, evacuation of rubbish and any wastes, services and other subjections forming part of the contract are set forth in the present special specifications and quantities, represented in the plans and in accordance with the instructions given during execution by the project author or his delegate, and included in all other contractual documents.

The contract also includes the maintenance and protection of all existing works and carried out until provisional acceptance and then, as stipulated by the CSCH, until expiry of the warranty period, all supplies and labor work included.
