A full service includes the following services:

- Systempauschale

- Arrival/departure of the technician

- Consumables, e.g. toner (excluding paper and staples)

- Reinigungsmaterial

- All work performed by the technician

- Repairs and spare parts

- Technician on-site assignment within 4 hours
