This consultation concerns an intellectual services contract relating to urban project management carried out as part of the urban renewal project of the Liourat district in Vitrolles in the Bouches-du-Rhône. The description of the services and their technical specifications and the scope of the development operation are indicated in the specifications of the contract. All information concerning the contract shall be specified in the documents constituting the WFD.

The missions entrusted to the incumbent are as follows:

— pre-project studies (AVP);

— project studies (Pro) — in two phases;

— Assistance to the contracting authority in the award of works contracts (ACT) — in two phases;

— review of compliance of the implementation studies with the project (Visa) — in two phases;

— Directorate for the Enforcement of Works Contracts (DET) — in two phases;

— Assistance to Receiving Operations (AOR) — in two phases.

These missions can be carried out in the areas of urban development and various roads and networks. The market also provides for the definition of the mass plan and the planning plan, the carrying out of a circulatory study, the carrying out of a hydraulic study, assistance to the environmental quality of the project, as well as a task of architect-urban planner coordinating and scheduling, steering and urban coordination.
