As part of a mandate entrusted by Nantes Métropole to SEMITAN for the acquisition of bus rolling stock and the adaptation of infrastructure for the period 2025-2028, Semitan is launching a consultation with the aim of concluding a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders for the supply of standard and articulated electric buses and their chargers
The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the single-contractor framework agreement for the supply of standard and articulated electric buses and their chargers.
The expected services are the supply of standard and articulated electric city buses and their chargers for charging at the bus storage depot. The vehicles are intended to be operated on regular lines of the public transport network of the Nantes conurbation.

- Driver's assault guard with retractable windows
- Pre-arrangement of the supports and cabling of the on-board equipment necessary for the operation of the Nantes network
- Reversible heat pump
- Pre-conditioning of vehicles (defogging, de-icing and thermal comfort of the bus before it goes into operation)
- Bus equipped with the exterior livery of the Nantes network and specific interior adhesives
18 m articulated buses

- Bus equipped with the exterior livery of the Nantes network and specific interior adhesives
Electric chargers with one, two or four charging points:
- Single-output chargers with an output of approx. 50 kW (scalable up to 100 kW)
- Two-output chargers with an output of approx. 2x80 kW (scalable up to 2x120 kW)
- Three-output chargers with a total output of approx. 240 kW (scalable up to 3x120 kW)
- Four-output chargers with a total output of approx. 320 kW (scalable up to 4x120 kW)

This is a framework agreement for the supply of a single contractor, with no minimum quantity and a maximum quantity of 120 buses, over the entire duration of the framework agreement, in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2° of the French Public Procurement Code.
