A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and its annexes, STWiOR and SST.
The order was not divided into parts. The order was part of the procedure No DSR. ZP. VIII.271.38.2022, which in part 6 was invalidated. In addition, this order concerns tasks consisting in the execution of all works on one street.
Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 i.e.), i.e. 3 persons performing work during the execution of the contract in the field of: directing or operating road equipment.
The scope of work of persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of contract performance and the method of verification of the employment of these persons and the Ordering Party's right to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and sanctions for non-compliance with them are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the model contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ
The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to lodge a deposit in the amount of: PLN 28,900.00. in words: twenty-eight thousand nine hundred zlotys 00/100.
The contractor whose offer has been selected is obliged to lodge a security for the proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total gross price specified in the offer. The order must be completed within the deadline: from the date of handing over the construction site to December 16, 2022.
