This procedure, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, relates to the assignment in framework agreement with a single economic operator of three years duration, for the assignment of the Energy Certification service for restructuring, adaptation and / or new operations realization in the Lombard territory; as better specified in the Performance Specifications.
