Cleaning of roads and public spaces

The contract will be processed at a mixed price and form.- It will be processed at a global and fixed price for the services mentioned in the D.P.G.F and detailed in the CCTP.- In addition, various services outside the sector will give rise to the conclusion of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders in application of articles R2162-4 to 6 and R2162-13 to 14 of the Public Procurement Code.The amounts of the orders will be included within the limits The following annual financial costs:- minimum: without- maximum: 100,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT) Purchase orders will be notified as and when needs arise
