The subject of the order is the delivery of 52 sets of Authorization Systems consisting of:

a) chip card (microprocessor) — 13 181 pcs (thirteen thousand hundred and eighty-one pcs.)

b) chip reader (microprocessor) - 3 738 pcs. (three thousand seven hundred and thirty-eight pcs.)

c) software — 52 kpl (fifty-two) (for any entity without restrictions on installation on computers)

d) Qualified Certificate valid 60 months — 1,992 pcs (one thousand nine hundred and ninety-two pcs.)

A wider order performed as ETAP II under the names of:

1. Provide the authorization system (chip cards, chip readers, software, certificates),

2. Provide the configuration and commissioning of information processing support systems in medicinal entities (hospital and specialty applications and systems),

For the project “Equipment of the IT environments of provincial, county and urban medicinal entities with IT tools enabling the implementation of EDM and the creation of a network of data exchange between the curative entities of the local government”

The Contracting Authority guarantees the purchase of min 95% of the specified maximum number of qualified certificates and chip cards indicated in this SWZ.
