The municipality of Wenzenbach intends to carry out the general renovation of the Wenzenbach secondary school at Roither Weg 15 in 93173 Wenzenbach.
The planning services for the outdoor facilities will be put out to tender.
Description of the measures envisaged:
The municipality of Wenzenbach intends to carry out the general renovation of the Wenzenbach secondary school at Roither Weg 15 in 93173 Wenzenbach. According to the current state of planning, the existing middle school and the primary school Wenzenbach at Roither Weg 15 in Wenzenbach will be merged in the course of the renovation. It is planned to adapt the existing school complex to the future space requirements of a joint primary and secondary school by means of partial demolitions and new buildings and to create a modern learning landscape and outdoor facilities.
According to school needs planning, the municipality of Wenzenbach is entitled to a 2-field sports hall when the primary and secondary schools are merged into one school complex. This is to be rebuilt in the course of the construction of the school. It needs to be clarified whether the municipality sees the need for a 3-field hall and implements it without the subsidy for the third indoor field. The preliminary planning (annex to the tender documents) is based on the creation of 3 break areas on the site. Other components of the open-air planning will include the pick-up and drop-off zone for the arriving pupils, a bus reversal, outdoor sports facilities, various traffic areas and the design of the rest of the area in the immediate vicinity of the school.
The following aspects should be taken into account when designing:
• Outdoor break areas adapted to the age structure of the respective users (primary and secondary school students)
• Opening of the break areas to the south towards the Wenzenbach floodplain
• Traffic areas for incoming cars with sufficient parking facilities in coordination with the architectural office and civil engineer
• Design of outdoor learning areas ("Green Classroom")
• Evaluation and, if necessary, upgrading of the existing school garden
• Outdoor sports facilities on the school grounds with appropriate usability for primary and secondary school pupils
A separate specialist planner is commissioned for the topics of rainwater management and civil engineering structures in the field of civil engineering.
We are therefore looking for a planning office for the range of services for outdoor facilities in accordance with § 40 HOAI, which will work out a design concept for the outdoor facilities in close coordination with other specialist planners and external experts involved, prepare its implementation and monitor it during construction. The results of the preliminary planning already carried out by the building planner are to be evaluated as a basis and revised or changed accordingly.
The contract will be awarded in stages.
Construction phases are formed.
Numerous special services are advertised as options.
Planning must begin IMMEDIATELY after the contract has been awarded (mid-August) so that the FAG application can still be submitted in early autumn 2023. Architect, TWP, technical equipment have already been commissioned.
