The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a tender for a tender regarding the conclusion of a flexible labour hire contract as described in the Procurement Documents. The contracting authority wishes to conclude a contract with one (1) tenderer for a period of three (3) years, with two (2) times an optional extension of one (1) year each time.

Your tender will be assessed on the basis of the conditions set out in this Procurement Guide, using the European Public Procedure as set out in the Procurement Act 2012.
