1. The title intention shall include the performance of the following services under two parts of the contract:

A) Part I BC Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste received from the area of Sierakowice Municipality.

B) Parts II BC Running the Selective Zbiórka Municipal Waste at Brzozowa 2a Street in Sierakowice.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order (SOPZ) is Annex 7 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services:

1.1. the collection and development of municipal waste created and collected on all properties on which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Sierakowice;

1.2. the collection and development of municipal waste created and collected on properties uninhabited on which public administration, education and culture services are continuously carried out within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Sierakowice;

1.3. the collection and development of municipal waste created and collected on all properties on which cottages are located, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, located within administrative Municipalities of Sierakowice;

1.4. the collection and development of municipal waste collected from street baskets and bulk waste from public places in Sierakowice Municipality;

1.5. collection and disposal of bodies of homeless animals or killed by road collisions from the area of Sierakowice Municipality;

1.6. Equipment of all properties on which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of Sierakowice Municipality with biodegradable BIO containers, PAPIER containers and SZKŁO containers.

1.1. the collection and management of municipal waste created and collected at the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste, at Brzozowa 2a Street in Sierakowice, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK;

1.2. operation of the Municipal Waste Collection Point, Brzozowa 2a Street in Sierakowice;
