This service specification includes the services for the redesign of the outdoor facilities in the B03 Ahrpromenade area for the following sections:

- A6 Kastanienallee along parking deck Felix-Rütten-Straße

- A8 Ahrpromenade Lindenstrasse

- B5 Ahrpromenade Georg-Kreuzberg-Straße

Landscaping and road construction work must be carried out for the manufacture of the outdoor facilities.

A6 Kastanienallee along parking deck Felix-Rütten-Straße:

- loosen 50 m³ topsoil,

- 75 m³ excavated soil,

- 400 m 2 Remove sward / ruderal vegetation,

- 850 m 2 Milling under the sward clearing up 20 rhizomes,

- 130 m 2 Demolish and dispose of asphalt surfaces,

- 34 m 2 Break off and dispose of the concrete block paving,

- Break off and dispose of the 120 m border of the runner line

- Break off 17 m of edging concrete curb and dispose of it,

- Break off 45 m³ of surface / base layers made of unbound building material mixtures

- Remove 6 cast iron / wood bench seats and transport them to the depot AG,

- Remove 4 waste bins and transport them to the AG depot

- Remove 1 mast light and transport it to the depot AG,

- 120 m 2 Produce asphalt surfaces,

- 40 m 2 produce water-bound road surface,

- Create 91 m of edging from 10/10/10 cm runners,

- Make 48 m of edging from steel strip 6/100 mm

- Pick up 6 seats from the depot AG and install them

- Delivery and installation of 12 grating 500 x 1,000 mm

- Pick up and install 2 rubbish bins from the depot AG,

- 1 300 m 2 Create lawns including completion maintenance by 02/28/2022,

- Deliver and plant 459 pcs of shrubs including completion maintenance by 02/28/2022.

A8 Ahrpromenade Lindenstrasse:

- loosen 40 m³ topsoil,

- 35 m³ excavated soil,

- 250 m 2 Remove sward / ruderal vegetation Clear 4 rootstocks,

- 30 m 2 Demolish and dispose of asphalt surfaces,

- 20 m 2 Break off and dispose of the concrete block paving,

- Break off and dispose of the 45 m border of the runner line

- Break off 20 m³ of surface / base layers made of unbound building material mixtures,

- Remove 4 cast iron / wood bench seats and transport them to the depot AG,

- Remove 3 waste bins and transport them to the depot AG,

- 15 m 2 Deliver and install concrete slabs,

- 14 m 2 Delivery and installation of concrete grass pavers,

- 30 m 2 produce water-bound road surface,

- Make 8 m edging from a 10/10/10 cm runner line

- make 25 m of edging from steel strip 6/100 mm,

- Pick up 4 bench seats from the depot AG and install them,

- Deliver and install 4 pieces of grating 500 x 1 550 mm,

- Pick up 3 trash cans from the depot AG and install them

- 250 m 2 Produce lawns including completion maintenance by 02/28/2022

- Deliver and plant 60 bushes including completion maintenance by 02/28/2022.

B5 Ahrpromenade Georg-Kreuzberg-Straße:

- 50 m³ excavated soil,

- 540 m 2 produce water-bound road surface,

- make 350 m of edging from steel strip 6/100 mm

- Pick up 4 bench seats from the depot AG and install them,

- Deliver and install 20 pieces of grating 500 x 1,000 mm,

- Pick up 4 rubbish bins from the depot AG and install them

- 1 800 m 2 Create lawns including completion maintenance by 02/28/2022,

- 57 pcs of tall trunks supplied by the customer including completion maintenance until 28.2.2022,

- Deliver and plant 190 pcs of shrubs including completion maintenance by 02/28/2022.
