Bundesrat - Rehabilitation and waterproofing basement:

The technical cellar of the landmarked Prussian mansion will receive a completely closed building seal against water during operation.

After the renovation of the basement areas, the existing and newly constructed surfaces must be reworked in terms of painting technology, in which case the technical equipment and the lines are already installed. There are some restrictions on the work areas:

- About 1 800 m 2 Remove wall plaster,

- About 450 m 2 Mending defects repair wall,

- approx. 250 m individual rehabilitation wall,

- About 4 500 m 2 Overhaul coating emulsion paint on wall surfaces,

- about 2 300 m 2 First coat of emulsion paint on wall surfaces,

- about 2 100 m 2 Cleaning defects repair ceiling,

- approx. 250 m individual rehabilitation of the ceiling,

- about 3 380 m 2 Overhaul coating emulsion paint on ceiling surfaces,

- About 4 500 m 2 First coat of emulsion paint on ceiling surfaces,

- About 500 m 2 Remove plaster in stairwells, including stair stringers,

- About 500 m 2 Repair plaster in stairwells, including stair stringers,

- approx. 150 m individual rehabilitation in staircases, including stair stringers,

- approx. 1 000 m overhaul coating emulsion paint in staircases, including stair stringers,

- approx. 400 m initial coating of emulsion paint in staircases, including stair stringers.

Start of execution: within 12 working days after receipt of the request by the client (§ 5 para. 2 sentence 2 VOB / B); The call is expected to be received by 15.1.2020.

End of service: June 2021.
