Framework agreement with purchase orders is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Each lot will be allocated separately. Command group made up of Capft, and the municipalities of Illange, Thionville+Ccas, and Yutz +Ccas. The agglomeration community is the coordinator of the grouping until the contract is signed. Each member of the group is responsible for the financial execution of its own services and therefore for the payment of invoices. The services are divided into two lots:Lot 1: minimum 133,000 euro(s) excl. VAT maximum 580,000 euro(s) HtLot 2: minimum 122,000 euro(s) excl. VAT maximum 490,000 euro(s) excl.
