Framework agreement to cover NAV's need for fixtures such as furniture, storage and archive, as well as internal noise and light screening, furnishing textiles and mobile lighting.
NAV would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer, who can use sub-suppliers. The tenderer must be able to offer nationwide delivery, assembly and service. NAV has locations in approx. 420 of the country´s municipalities, at 530 addresses. Based on figures from 2017, and the estimated future need, the value is expected to be 150 000 000 NOK, including VAT and options.
The governmental entities in NAV will be obliged to use this contract when they require the contract´s products and services. The municipal entities in NAV, as well as any entities that share premises with NAV, or who rent premises to NAV, will have an option to make call-offs on this contract. Entities that take up this option must be able to ask for invoices directly from the tenderer.
NAV´s suppliers and contract partners must respect basic human rights, employee rights and the environment. Products that are delivered to NAV must be manufactured under conditions that are compatible with the requirements stated in the tender documentation. The requirements are built on central UN conventions, ILO conventions and national work law at the production place.
