1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and biodegradable waste from owners of residential real estate located in the area of the Oborniki Śląskie commune and from the area of the municipal selective waste collection point in Golędzinów (hereinafter GPSZOK) together with with its equipment in containers and containers (leasing of containers and containers).
2) In exchange for the municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner, the following wastes are to be collected:
- unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,
- biodegradable waste (green waste),
- biodegradable waste (bio waste).
Estimated amount of municipal waste expected for collection from the commune during the contract period:
- unsorted municipal waste - 3 936.38 [Mg],
- biodegradable waste - 1 819.92 [Mg].
Total: 3 936.38 Mg of mixed municipal waste

- biodegradable waste (bio waste).
Estimated amount of municipal waste expected for collection from the commune during the contract period:
- waste collected directly from the residential area,
- unsorted municipal waste (code: 200301) - 3 936.38 [Mg],
- biodegradable waste - green waste (code: 200201) - 1819.92 [Mg],
- waste collected at GPSZOK,
- biodegradable waste - green waste (code: 200201) - 34.20 [Mg].
Total: 3 936.38 Mg of mixed municipal waste.
The above amounts of waste are based on the reports of entities providing waste collection services from the Oborniki Śląskie commune in 2018.
The amounts of waste given above should be considered as approximate.
3) The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of: unsorted (mixed) waste and biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste.
4) Collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, biodegradable waste, with particular regard to bio-waste:
- at least once a week for waste mixed from multi-apartment buildings,
- not less frequently than once every two weeks for waste mixed from single-family housing,
- not less frequently than once every two weeks for single-family housing and not less frequently than once a week from multi-apartment buildings during the vegetation period of the plants, i.e. from April 1 to November 30 each year for biodegradable waste. In addition to the indicated growing season, biodegradable waste will be collected at least once a month.
5) Implementation of the subject of the contract in 2020 will take place on the basis of the schedule provided by the Employer:
a) The Employer and the Contractor are required to place a waste collection schedule on their own website and display it throughout the entire period for which it has been prepared;
b) The contractor is obliged to provide the property owners with a waste collection schedule in the event of a change. The schedule will be forwarded to the Contractor on the day of signing the contract.
6) The contracting authority provides for an intervention collection and transport of waste, hereinafter referred to as unit order:
a) The Employer will provide the Contractor with information about the need to perform a unit order by written, telephone, electronic or fax - depending on the needs;
b) intervention collection and transport may occur, inter alia, in organizing joint collection, container overflow and from publicly available sockets for segregation of municipal waste indicated by the Employer at the time of their overflow;
c) the deadline for carrying out the individual order is to be up to 2 business days from the day the Contractor receives the order.
II. Waste collection
1. The Contractor is obliged to collect mixed waste from each residential property, collected in containers or containers at the frequency indicated in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Oborniki Śląskie. In the case of real estates where access is difficult, the Contractor is obliged to ensure scheduled pickup by a smaller vehicle. At the moment it is 19 points. The Purchaser reserves that their quantity may change.
