The target of the acquisition is the audit services of Southeast Finland University of Applied Sciences Ltd (Xamk) and the Group subsidiaries Disec Oy and Saimaa Stadiumi Oy for the financial years 2023-2024 and as an option for the financial years 2025, 2026 and 2027.

Xamk is profiled as a school of wellbeing, technology and creative economy. The foundation blocks of the school are Kotka, Kouvola, Mikkeli and Savonlinna, and the campus is the entire
world. There are 9,800 degree students, 22,700 students studying at an open university of applied sciences and over 900 staff.
